Spring Sports Registration, Spring 2012

The St. Bernadette Athletic Association will be holding registration for Spring sports on Sunday February 19th after the 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. masses in the church vestibule.  Take this opportunity to register for Coed Soccer (Grades 5th through 8th), Boy's volleyball (Grades 4th through 8th) and Track & Field (available for 4th through 8th Grade).  Download the above form or contact Chris Brettman at (708) 309-0071 with any questions.

 

 

Goals of the Sports Program at St. Bernadette School:

  • Developing sportsmanship
  • Helping students develop strong, healthy, and disciplined bodies and minds
  • Encouraging values of self-discipline, self-confidence, fair play, and cooperation
  • Teaching the proper attitude toward winning, losing, and competing with dignity

 

The St. Bernadette Athletic Association makes the following extra-curricular programs available to students:

JUNIOR / CADETTE GIRLS SCOUTS

Attention 4th to 8th Graders and Parents!

Girl Scout Troop #50838 will be a Junior and Cadette troop this year. We will meet twice a month, starting in November. Please call or email if you are interested. Parent volunteers are welcome too!

DRAMA CLUB

The SBCA Drama Club production of 12 Angry Pigs & Red vs. The Wolf that took place on May 12 and May 13 was a great success! Mr. McNichols along with the cast and crew worked very hard on this production. Congratulations to all on their time and their talent.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

VIOLIN / KEYBOARD / GUITAR

Violin, Keyboard and Guitar lessons are given to students by musicians from the the Judy Lei Strings Music Program. Students in kindergarten through Grade 8 are welcome to register for lessons and join the excellent music program. For more information contact Judy Lei at 847.208.6098 or 847.297.6899.

AFTER SCHOOL CHESS CLUB
