New Student Registration 2012/2013
We are now accepting Applications for Admission from new students for the 2012/2013 school year. Please download and complete all registration forms
then call the school office to make an appointment. Since class size is
limited, registration priority is given first to St. Bernadette
parishioners.
Items Needed for Registration:

original legal birth certificate
-
original baptismal certificate
-
student's social security card
-
$50 non-refundable registration fee for new families to the school.
Testing: Students going into 2nd grade or above will be required to take the Star Math and Star Reading Test.
