Day by day, week
by week, month by month, it is both an honor and privilege to be partners
with you in your child's education. Wonderful learning opportunities
abound at St. Bernadette. We thank you for your continued support. We
thought you may like to take a look at some of the highlights of the
year.
AUGUST: First day of school students meet Monsignor Prist at an all school prayer service. Returning students become fast friends with new students.
SEPTEMBER: The entire school attends a September 11 Remembrance Prayer Service on the North Lawn. Junior High participates in a Wrapping Paper Fashion Show.
OCTOBER: Grade 1/2 presents a Columbus Day Assembly for students and parents. Students meet new pastor, Reverend Benedykt Pazadan. Students enjoy Halloween at SBCA.
NOVEMBER: Student Council holds a mock Presidential Election. Veterans and current military are honored. Grandparents spend the morning with their grandchildren.

DECEMBER: Fathers and Daughters dance the night away. Students dress in red and green. Many families attend the annual Family Christmas Sing-A-Long.

JANUARY: Grade 3/4 presents assembly on Martin Luther King Jr. Catholic Schools week includes Mass, entertainment, open house, book fair and family bingo!
FEBRUARY: Student Council organizes heart healthy activities for Valentine's Day. Students bake goodies for Fat Tuesday. Stations of the cross every Friday.

MARCH: Our Early Childhood Round-Up for buckaroos is lots of fun. Junior High portrays the last days of Jesus in the annual Passion Play. Students are privileged to have movie producer, Carey Westberg speak to them about the movie "My Lucky Elephant."

APRIL: Mothers and Daughters enjoy and evening cooking with Chef Kate sponsored by the Home and School Association. Our Drama Club presents Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Students in Grade 1/2 present Earth Day Assembly and teach others to reduce, reuse and recycle.
